1. Button function:
The appearance of the keys of household electronic scales may vary widely, but the three most
basic functions are as follows: 1. ON/OFF: power switch, if the machine is turned on in an empty
scale, it will automatically shut down in about 100 seconds. Many electronic scales will use a
circle and a vertical symbol to indicate the switch.
2. TARE or a single letter "T" means: reset and tare key; press the reset tare key to make the scale
return to zero. For example, put the vessel on the scale, press this key, the scale will be reset to
zero, and then add liquid to the vessel, the scale will only display the weight of the liquid. 3. MODE,
"UNIT" or "U": Unit conversion key; each time you press the "MODE" key, it will switch between "g"
and "oz". The ounce (oz) is a commonly used unit abroad. For example, the price of gold in US
dollars is usually quoted in one ounce. g means grams, 1 kilogram = 1000 grams = 2 kg.
3. Note:
1). No display when power on: check whether the battery is installed correctly,
whether the power is sufficient, and whether the insulating plastic sheet is taken out.
2). After the electronic scale is placed steadily, take the object to be weighed and place it on the
weighing pan. When the weight of the object is found to exceed the range, take it off quickly, and
try to cherish the electronic scale.
3). If you do not use the electronic scale for a long time, please take out the battery to prevent
battery leakage from damaging your electronic scale.
Calibration method of household electronic scales:
1. In the shutdown state, first press and hold the "MODE" key and then press "ON/OFF", wait until
a set of internal code values appear on the display and release the two keys, for example, "-7484"
will be displayed, press again The "ON/OFF" button will prompt you to put on the weight of the
corresponding gram. For example, the 2000 gram weight for 5000 g calibration will prompt "2000"
on the display screen. After putting the weight of the corresponding weight, press the "ON/ OFF"
key, the display will quickly display "PASS" to indicate that the calibration is complete. It can be
used normally after rebooting.
2. If there is no weight, you can weigh an object of corresponding weight on the electronic balance,
such as a glass cup, add or subtract water appropriately, fine-tune it several times, and you can
also get a quasi-weight.
